Terms of Trade
GST
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
WEBSITE DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION:
Prices are individually quoted in our formal Website Proposal and vary from site to site. The formal proposal, once accepted is a binding contract between the parties. If there should be any conflict between the terms of our Website Proposal and this document, then the terms of the Proposal will prevail.
Payment terms:
Terms of payment are 7 days following invoice date. Payment is required on the following schedule:

The Website remains the property of Webdzinz until final payment has been received.
Photographs:
If specific photographs are required we have access to a library of commercial photography some of which is free & some of which is not. In the event that we are required to purchase any commercial photography the cost will be $40.00 per image.
Outsourced Programming:
You will be notified if we intend to outsource any of our website programming & specific prices will be quoted as required by the needs of the individual website.
Website Maintenance:
Following completion of the initial site, subsequent additions and alterations are charged at our current Chargeout Rate (see below)
Alternatively, a 12-month service contract is available. This includes up to 2 hours work (non-cumulative) per month on maintaining and developing the site at a fixed cost of $130 per month ($65 per hour). Any additional time is charged at our current Chargeout Rate (see below).
WEBSITE HOSTING:
Our current Hosting Charges are one of:
- $27.00 per month; or
- $150.00 per six months; or
- $270.00 per 12 months
All payments are to be received before the commencement of the hosting period.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATIONS AND RENEWALS
Our current Registration Fees are: $40.00 for .com and .nz Domain Names.
Other international Domain Names are at varying prices (costs determined by the country of origin) and depend on the exchange rate at the time.
Payment for renewal of Domain Names must be received prior to the expiry date as the Domain Name Issuing Authorities have a zero tolerance policy for late payments.
MILEAGE
We do not charge for mileage, however please take note that this is currently under review.
CHARGEOUT RATE
Our current chargeout rate is $92.00 per hour, charged in 15 min increments.
INVOICES
Unless otherwise specified, all invoices are payable by the 20th of the month following Invoice Date.
EFFECTIVE DATE
These Terms of Trade are effective from 1st January 2009 and are subject to change from time to time.
